STREET FASHION

For one of our Fashion Styling assignments at college, we had to go out and click pictures of street fashion-of people who looked stylish or were wearing something interesting. Here are some of the pictures from that assignment. I loved the guy's Pink and purple shirt. It was totally working!  And the lady's golden sandals were something to kill for!

THE ROYAL WEDDING

I was impatiently waiting for a college assignment to get printed when I noticed the news flash at the printers'! And I checked my phone- it was April 29th! Thank God for the delay in printing that I came across that piece of news as a reminder for Will-Kate wedding!

I ran back to college as soon as the printing was done and submitted my work. My friend, Sara, and I, rushed to the canteen and for the first time, asked for the recently installed TV's remote. After 15minutes of struggling, we figured out how to use the damn thing! And alas, the wedding was on!

We chose a suitable spot to watch the wedding. In no time, lots of people gathered around the TV. It was funny how Sara and I, who never bothered to give as much as a side glance to the college TV, even during the World Cup matches, were glued to it!

Kate looked gorgeous in her McQueen wedding dress! Although at first I was disappointed, as I had expected something more exciting, but later I realized why she may not have chosen something more elaborate. Anyway, her dress looked beautiful, especially from the top and it really complimented Kate's beauty and was not at all overpowering it!

Finally

After eons of planning to start a blog, today i finally decided to do it!
Had one of the most tiring days of my life! I got adventurous and decided to drive around South Delhi, looking for a location for a fashion photo-shoot for a class assignment!
It was an insane fit of continuous driving without thinking about where I was going. [ I think i drove for a total of 5hours today 0_0 ]

Suddenly the song on the FM changed to 'im coming home' and the next signage I noticed on a bus stop read as "Come home". Thats when I felt maybe, I should head back and do the shoot back at home.
And when I did plan it at home, i realized, certain locations on my terrace can work beautifully for a photo-shoot.
Although, for now it is cancelled, but Im hoping to do the shoot some time this week.

PS. I wonder how Grace Coddington does it!
